Return policy

  • Items purchased as Christmas gifts can be exchanged for either goods or a Homesense gift card to the same value, from 1st October to 25th January.
  • If you’d like a refund simply return the item within 28 days of the date of purchase, along with a full receipt and original payment method.
  • After 28 days, or if you have a gift receipt rather than the full receipt, we’ll be happy to exchange the item or provide a gift card to the same value any time up to 25th January.
  • Remember, normal conditions of return still apply, please see more information on this below.

  • Return your purchase in store within 28 days with a receipt as proof of purchase for a full refund.
  • Merchandise must be unused and in its original condition including packaging and labelling.
  • Pierced jewellery and gift cards are excluded from our returns policy. (Gift cards purchased online are subject to separate terms and conditions- see the gift card page for details)
  • If you paid by credit or debit card, any refund must go to the card you used to purchase.
  • If you paid by gift card, the refund will go on to another gift card.
  • Gift receipts can be used to return an item for exchange or gift card but not a refund.
  • Homesense items should be returned to Homesense stores in the country of original purchase only and cannot be returned to a TK Maxx store.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
