Helping young people achieve their potential.

The Prince’s Trust helps young people get into jobs, education and training. Homesense and TK Maxx were proud to be the headline partners of The Prince’s Trust Awards this year, which took place on the 16th May. Together, through Prince’s Trust programmes we’ve helped over 5500 young people to turn their lives around. Let’s keep up the good work.

Get into Retail...
...to bag a better future.

Homesense and TK Maxx have been partners of 'The Prince's Trust Get into Retail' programme since 2013. This inspiring course builds confidence and develops young people's skills in the retail sector.

We're proud to have helped over 1600 young people through the programme, with over 70% of them continuing on to get a job within TK Maxx and Homesense.

Achieve...
...confidence and more

Homesense is also supporting 'The Prince's Trust Achieve' programme, a personal development course aimed to re-engage 11 to 19 year olds within education. So far, through this programme, we've helped over 3500 disengaged young people develop their skills and confidence to re-engage with their education and succeed.

Since 2016, together with our customers, Homesense has raised over £1.4 million for The Prince's Trust.

The Prince’s Trust Awards

Homesense and TK Maxx were the proud sponsors of The Prince’s Trust Awards for the seventh year running. The Awards recognise young people who have succeeded against the odds, improved their chances in life and had a positive impact on their local communities, as well as people who have played a role in supporting the work of The Prince's Trust.

This year, The Prince’s Trust Awards, in association with TK Maxx and Homesense, took place on the 16th of May. Huge congrats to all the winners.

How our partnership helps to shape lives...

Levi was adopted at a young age and moved to an education support centre during his teens, due to troubles at school. This is where he started on the Achieve programme. Since then, he has obtained his level 1 Award, taken his GCSEs, become a mentor for other young people and is now applying for apprenticeships.

“The Prince’s Trust became my safe haven. Life’s more manageable when you have people around who you can trust”.

The Prince’s Trust is a registered charity in England and Wales (1079675) and Scotland (SC041198).
