Safety remains a priority
The safety and wellbeing of our associates, customers and our communities remains a priority for us. We have taken many actions to support this, and our stores have careful safety measures in place including personal protective equipment, social distancing and enhanced cleaning regimes.
We take our responsibilities as an employer and retailer very seriously, and in line with the latest Government guidelines, we have temporarily closed some of our Homesense stores. Please check our store finder to see if your local store is open.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We hope to reopen soon, so please check back regularly for the most up to date information.
If you were unable to return an item you bought in store within our usual period of 28 days because of the closure of our stores, we will extend our returns period for 30 days from the date our stores re-open. You’ll need to provide a valid receipt and ensure the products are in their original condition.
If you take the items along with your receipt to a store within these 30 days the store team will assist you with the return.
We’re happy to help you with any queries you may still have. Please note, our customer service team is working remotely and although you can still reach us on +44 (0)1923 473561 it is taking us a little longer to answer our calls. Email is the best way to reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org – full details can be found here.
We hope to see you again soon.
We’ve made some changes to help support safe shopping in our stores.
We’ve focused on three key areas in line with the latest government guidelines:
- Supporting personal protection practices for our associates
- Implementing social distancing procedures
- Enhanced cleaning of our stores and sanitisation of equipment
If you’re looking for a quieter time to shop, visit us before 11am.
Some of the changes we’ve made include making personal protective equipment available to our associates, providing opportunities for hand-sanitisation throughout the working day and helping our associates maintain safe social distancing in line with government guidelines by changing the layout of our stores.
We’ve enhanced the cleaning of our stores and sanitisation of our equipment, and you will find a hand sanitisation station as you enter. We have also installed safety screens at our tills and we’ll also be asking you to pay by contactless payment if you can. The limit has been temporarily raised to £45 to make this more convenient for everyone.
Also, in line with local government requirements, we’ll ask all customers to wear a face covering while shopping in our stores.
