Top tip: Go bramble picking for a free fruit filling or cut individual pastry tops into fun shapes and cook them separately until perfectly crisp.

Gooey Chocolate Mug Cake
4 tbsp self-raising flour
4 tbsp caster sugar
2 tbsp 70% cocoa powder
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp sunflower oil
A few drops vanilla extract
2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Mix the flour, sugar, and cocoa powder in a bowl.
Add the egg, oil, vanilla extract and milk. Mix until smooth and pour into two large mugs – you’ll find plenty to choose from in store.
Stir in the chocolate chips and then place in the microwave – one at a time!
Cook each one on high for 4-5 mins, or until it is firm to the touch.
