Make your party spooktacular

We’re your one-stop shop for all things Halloween, from party props to the basics (like baking equipment, punch bowls, tumblers, glasses and ladles) – we’ve got it all with savings up to 60% every day*. And once you’ve stocked up, you can start on the frightful finishing touches that’ll make your party spine-tinglingly spectacular. Here are a few spooky suggestions…

Freaky food
Cupcakes topped with mini witch’s hats are fun to make (and even more fun to eat). All you need is a pack of cupcakes, some ice-cream cones and black food colouring to paint them with. Want to bake your own? We have cake tins, cupcake cases, cake stands and lots of icing ideas waiting for you in store. Another gruesome idea is freaky fruit cups, easily made by hollowing out oranges and carving in eyes and a mouth (pumpkin style). Fill with fruit or sweets and arrange them on a large (decorative or devilishly fun) platter. No tricks. All treats.

Deathly drinks
Every petrifying party needs a puke-worthy punch. Pick up a fabulous glass punch bowl for less in store and pour in bright orange or green soft drinks. Add some freaky eyeballs by popping blueberries inside lychees and leaving them to float among the ice cubes. Disgustingly delicious.

Dreadful decoration
We’ve just had a huge delivery of decorations, from lanterns to party napkins, why not add to them with some homemade Halloween touches? Hollow out an extra pumpkin and use it as an ice bucket to keep drinks chillingly cool. Another easy (and cheap) tip is buying plain orange and white balloons – then drawing ghost and pumpkin faces on with black marker and letting them hover around the house. Spooky stuff.
