GIFT CARD

1. Gift card terms of use

Gift cards can be purchased in store and online for TK Maxx and HomeSense. TK Maxx cards can be used in TK Maxx stores in the UK, Republic of Ireland and in the Isle of Man. HomeSense cards can be used in all HomeSense stores in the UK. Dual branded cards can be used in either store.

A gift card can be used for the purchase of merchandise only. A gift card cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Purchases made with the card will be deducted until the balance reaches zero.

These Terms and Conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and, in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

Entire Agreement

The above Terms and Conditions, the Returns Policy and any emails regarding the services TJX UK provides constitute the entire agreement of the parties (TJX UK and the customer) and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and TJX UK. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms and Conditions will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of TJX UK.

MONTHLY PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FRIENDS OF HOMESENSE

• To enter, you need to sign up to become a friend of HomeSense and you will be automatically entered into the next available draw. The Prize Draw is a monthly drawing from all entries made during the preceding month that began accruing the time of the previous draw (on or around the end of the end of previous month). Entries from previous draws shall not be entered into the following month's draw. One entry per person. By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants are deemed to have understood and accepted and be bound by these Rules. Please retain these Rules for future reference.

• Eligibility: All entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of prize acceptance and must be UK residents. If the winner is a minor (under 18 years of age), the winner's parent or legal guardian will be required to sign a consent agreeing to be bound by these Rules. HomeSense Facebook Competition - Share Your Find

• To Enter: To take part in the HomeSense Prize Draw, you must submit a photo of your favourite HomeSense bargain and you will be automatically entered into the next available draw. The Prize Draw is a weekly drawing from all entries made during the preceding week up until the 13th November. Entries from previous draws shall not be entered into the following week’s draw. One entry per person, per week. By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants are deemed to have understood and accepted and be bound by these Rules. Please retain these Rules for future reference.

• Eligibility: All entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of prize acceptance and must be UK residents. Employees of HomeSense, associated companies and those involved in the Prize Draw and their respective families are not eligible to enter. All applicable laws and regulations apply. a. Sign up for the HomeSense newsletter at www.homesense.com by 17.00pm on 8th December 2011. Simply print the email confirmation out and bring it to one of the participating HomeSense stores and show it at the till when making any purchase at the store on the evening of 8th December 2011 only, to receive 10% discount off the total purchase value.
b. Alternatively, sign up to the HomeSense newsletter in store prior to or during the event on 8th December 2011 to receive 10% off.

4. Maximum of one per customer.

5. No purchase necessary.

6. 10% discount only valid in store on the evening of the event and must be used in compliance with HomeSense standard Terms and Conditions – available in store or at www.homesense.com.

Golden Gift Tags

1. This Promotion is open to UK residents aged over 18, excluding employees of TJX Europe, their family, and any other person associated with this promotion.

2. Golden gift tags will be hidden around the stores participating in the HomeSense VIP evening on Thursday 8th December 2011. There will be 3 golden gift tags displayed in each participating store over the course of the evening: one every hour – 6pm, 7pm and 8pm.

3. No purchase necessary.

4. Participating stores are: Taunton, Reading, Swansea, Poole, Northampton, Nottingham, York, Tunbridge Wells, Gloucester, Worcester, Chichester

5. To Participate: Find the hidden golden tag inside a participating store on the evening of Thursday 8th December 2011. Take it to the till point and an associate will exchange it for a HomeSense gift card worth £50.

6. The prizes across participating stores: 3 x HomeSense gift cards worth £50 in each participating store.

7. Winning golden tags are only valid on the day of issue and will be retained for verification purposes.

8. Prize claims are restricted to one per household across the promotional period.

Homesense 12 Days of Christmas Competition

1. Eligibility: Prize Draw is only open to residents of the UK aged 16 or over only excluding employees or agents of the Promoter or any of its group companies or their families or households or anyone professionally connected to this Prize Draw.

2. The promotion consists of 12 separate daily draws that will run every day from 12am on Friday 1st December 2011 until 12pm on Monday 12th December 2011.

3. No purchase is necessary to enter, however internet access is required.

4. To Enter Go to www.homesense.com follow the links to the 12 days of Christmas competition and enter your details to be entered into the draw.

5. You will be entered into the draw for the day of entry.

7. The Prizes: The 12 x Daily prizes will be listed on the facebook and web pages on the relevant day.

8. Winners will be selected in random draws to be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service. Draws to be made from all valid entries received during the relevant day and conducted by the noon next day.

9. The winners of the Prize will be notified using the email address provided at the time of entry within 48 hours of the draw date. The winner will have a further 24 hours from the date the notification was sent to claim their prize by sending a reply to the email address from which the notification email from the Promoter was received.

18. No bulk, third party or organised group entries will be accepted. Only one entry per person during the promotional period. 2. To enter, post via the Dec your tree app on homesense.com, a picture of your decorated Christmas tree.

3. Entry into the promotion is on the understanding and the acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in a prize being forfeited

4. The competition runs each week until Friday 23rd of December 2010. The winning tree each week will win a £50 HomeSense gift card. The winners will be announced on www.homesense.com each week. The winning entry will be posted on our Facebook page.

5. The Prize: Each week one winner will be drawn and will win a £50 HomeSense gift card to spend in store. Subject to the terms and conditions
