We are recalling the above products due to a safety issue which could cause choking or suffocation. The safety of our customers is very important to us and we are taking this action as a precaution.
The products were on sale in TK Maxx and Homesense stores between July and August 2023. The product code shown on the price sticker and your receipt will be either 866389 or 866392. No other batches or designs of teether are affected.
If you purchased one of the products, please stop using it immediately and return to any TK Maxx or Homesense store for a full refund.
