HomeSense is proud to support young people in new partnership with The Prince’s Trust
HomeSense is supporting young people through The Prince’s Trust’s new programme Achieve, which helps vulnerable young people aged 13-19 to engage and succeed in education. The Achieve programme helps young people overcome barriers and provides them with the support to improve their attainment, attendance, personal and social skills and engagement with education.
With the support of HomeSense associates and customers, vital funds will be raised to help more than 1,500 young people across the UK to develop the skills and confidence needed to engage and succeed in education, through relevant, engaging and informal learning.
#partofPT The Prince’s Trust 40th Anniversary tour
As The Prince’s Trust celebrates its 40th year, the Trust are re-connecting with some of the millions of people whose lives have been touched through their work. Over 825,000 young people have been directly supported since 1976, while the impact on their family, friends and support networks has been profound.
HomeSense are proud to be sponsoring the #partofPT tour and will be capturing the inspiring, powerful stories, as well as reaching thousands of young people that need the support.

HomeSense are the headline sponsor of the Celebrate Success Awards 2016/17. Throughout the autumn there will be 11 Oscar-style regional award ceremonies across the country. It's a chance to tell the young people’s inspirational stories to packed audiences of friends and family as well as the network of Prince’s Trust partners and supporters. In the spring, they hold a national award ceremony in London, where the young people and their family and friends, supporters, volunteers and the Celebrity Ambassadors attend. In March 2016, Brian Cox, Ant and Dec, Geri Horner, Dynmao and Alexa Dixon were among the celebrities who attended.
Hang a Bauble
Support our ‘Hang a bauble’ campaign. Customers can purchase one of four limited editiion Prince’s Trust and HomeSense hand blown glass baubles and £1.70 of this will be donated to the Prince’s Trust. We are also encouraging customers to donate £1 to the Princes Trust at the checkout, to receive a paper bauble where they can write a Christmas message to a Princes’s Trust supported young person. The paper bauble will then be hung on a tree in store, helping not only to raise funds for us but also to raise awareness of who we are.
