For this reason, we are unable to provide a tracking service. But we can promise you one thing – exceptional quality at irresistible prices, every time you visit.

Q. How can you offer such big savings on all the best homeware brands?

A winning formula of simple, easy to shop stores and a team of experienced buyers scouring the market place for the best deals mean we can pass the savings back to you. Makes sense really.

Q. What's the difference between HomeSense and a department store or a boutique.

At HomeSense we offer the same quality brands as a department store or boutique, but for less. And unlike other stores, who display the same products for the whole season, we offer an ever-changing range of unique items with all stores receiving daily deliveries of new styles.

Q. What's the difference between a HomeSense store and a discount store?

Quality and value are the biggest differences. We only offer high quality homeware from the very best brands and vendors. Items at discount stores are produced to be sold cheaply - whereas items you find in HomeSense will have been originally produced for a much higher selling price.

Q. Can you keep items on hold at HomeSense?

With new styles being delivered daily to all HomeSense stores, our stock has to move fast. This means we can't put items on hold. So when you see a great deal, get it quick, because it won't be there for long.

Q. Can I purchase items online?

At HomeSense each day is different with unique finds every time you visit. This means we don't offer online shopping. Besides, it's more fun to come to our store and take your pick from the latest delivery.

Q. How do I find out if HomeSense has a job that will suit me?

Q. What is your refund policy?

We hope you enjoy your purchase. If not, just return it to us within 14 days in its original packaging with your receipt and then we can give you a full refund or exchange. Your statutory rights are not affected.
